Use of the Site

You are either at least 18 years of age or are accessing the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.


We grant you a non-transferable and revocable license to use the Site, under the Terms and Conditions described, for the purpose of shopping for personal items sold on the Site. Commercial use or use on behalf of any third party is prohibited, except as explicitly permitted by us in advance. Any breach of these Terms and Conditions shall result in the immediate revocation of the license granted in this paragraph without notice to you.


Content provided on this site is solely for informational purposes. Product representations expressed on this Site are those of the vendor and are not made by us. Submissions or opinions expressed on this Site are those of the individual posting such content and may not reflect our opinions.

Order of Acceptance and Pricing

Please note that there are cases when an order cannot be processed for various reasons. The Site reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any given time. You may be asked to provide additional verifications or information, including but not limited to phone number and address, before we accept the order.

Trade Marks and Copyrights

All intellectual property rights, whether registered or unregistered, in the Site, information content on the Site and all the website design, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, software, photos, video, music, sound, and their selection and arrangement, and all software compilations, underlying source code and software shall remain our property. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted and governed by the laws in force in USA, United States of America. Each party hereby agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of USA and to waive any objections based upon venue.

Termination

In addition to any other legal or equitable remedies, we may, without prior notice to you, immediately terminate the Terms and Conditions or revoke any or all of your rights granted under the Terms and Conditions. Upon any termination of this Agreement, you shall immediately cease all access to and use of the Site and we shall, in addition to any other legal or equitable remedies, immediately revoke all password(s) and account identification issued to you and deny your access to and use of this Site in whole or in part. 


Any termination of this agreement shall not affect the respective rights and obligations (including without limitation, payment obligations) of the parties arising before the date of termination. You furthermore agree that the Site shall not be liable to you or to any other person as a result of any such suspension or termination. 


If you are dissatisfied with the Site or with any terms, conditions, rules, policies, guidelines, or practices of Nasj Fashion, Inc. in operating the Site, your sole, and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the Site.

Shopping

Why do I have multiple invoices for the same order that I have placed at Nasj?

For some of your orders, you may receive more than one invoice per order. This is because we may be using multiple carrier partners to get your order to you as fast as possible. So, some of our carrier partners who are fulfilling your order on behalf of us will issue an invoice for the items that they are shipping to you. For the remaining items in your order, a separate invoice will be issued.


Don’t worry! Every single item we ship to you is original and from Nasj Fashion! We work with multiple carrier partners to ensure that you get your order as fast as possible!

One of the item(s) has been canceled from my order, why?

Our aim is to send out each item from your order in a perfect condition and thus we ensure to follow a process of certain quality checks before handing it over to the carrier. 


Sometimes, the item or the size you have bought was the last piece we had in our inventory, and during the usual quality checks, it did not go through as it was not in a condition, we would want you to have. 


Please check the email updates from us as it will contain the latest information about your order and any refunds where applicable.

The item I want is OUT OF STOCK. What should I do and how often do you restock?

We get new items daily and often restock our most popular items. Do not forget to click on “Wishlist” button underneath the available sizes. Once the item is restocked, you’ll be notified right away via an email! 


Note: Act quickly when you find a style, size, or color you like! Due to the fast fashion nature of our business, we cannot guarantee that an item will be restocked.

How can I change my language preference?

My Account is now available in Arabic and English language. You can change the display language to your preferred language at any time.


  • Open your "My Account", you need to log in.

  • Click on "My Settings" and select the "Language Preference" option.

  • Choose the language of your choice from the drop-down box.

  • Click "Save".

  • Once you've changed your language preferences, refresh your browser.

  • You should see the language you selected.


Please note: The language of all email alerts related to your order(s) would be the same which you have selected while placing an order on the website. Although, the newsletters would always be in your preferred language.

How can I place an order at Nasj Fashion?

Kindly follow the steps below to place an order:


  • Visit us on www.Nasjfashion.com and select the items you like, select your preferred size and quantity and finally go to ‘Add to Cart’·

  • Choose between ‘Continue Shopping’ if you would like to add more items or ‘Proceed to checkout’·

  • If you wish to continue as a guest, please enter your email address to proceed·

  • If you are a returning customer, please enter your Login details to proceed·

  • If you are a new customer, register here with your contact details·

  • Enter your working phone number & a delivery address to proceed·

  • Choose your desired payment method and go to ‘Buy Now’.


Please note that your order can only be delivered to the country you selected while setting your location e.g. If your location is set to Qatar, we can only deliver your order within Qatar.

Why do I have to verify my phone number?

We request verification of your phone number for the security of the account. Also, the courier will use this number to call you before delivery to ensure we deliver to the right person and on time.

Can I order items in bulk to resell them?

We allow bulk purchases, but all the customs and other legal paperwork will be the sole responsibility of the bulk customer. For further details please contact our customer service.

Does Nasj Fashion guarantee authenticity of products?

We only sell 100% authentic products at Nasj Fashion. We stand behind the authenticity of every product we sell. All of our products are sourced from authorized distributors and are premier quality.

How can I search for a product at Nasj Fashion?

Just enter what you are looking for in our powerful search bar and it will give you all the relevant products corresponding to your query. We offer you the possibility to further refine your search through the advanced search bar that appears with your search results. Using advanced search, you can further choose price range, category, brand, color, price, and size as more specific search criteria.

Account on Nasj Fashion

I placed my first order as a guest. How can I now create an account with the same email address?

When you checkout as a guest, we create an account for you with a temporary password. If you want to use the same email address, go to ‘My Account’, select ‘Login’, and click on ‘Forgot your Password?’ A password reset email will be sent to you so you can set a password of your choice and continue to use the same email address for your account. 


The password reset link emailed to you expires in 4 hours, so use it to update your password as soon as you receive it!

Why login and what does it mean?

It is very important for you to have an account and login in order to have full access at Nasj Fashion. For convenience and security reasons, we need to know your account details in order to allow you to shop with us. If you still do not have an account, please refer to the above question.

ID Requirement

Why do we ask for your ID?

  • In order to ensure a smooth customs clearance process, we need a copy of your National ID and it can be sent to us via the Contact Us form available on each article within the Help Center.

  • Please note that the name on the ID shared must match the details on your order.

  • The good news is that once you send this information to us, we will not be asking for it again until the validity of the ID is expired.

Payment Methods

What is Payment On Hold?

It is a condition where payment is successful at customer's end however due to some security reasons, it is put on hold at Nasj Fashion’s system for verifications. 

What should I do if my payment is on hold?

For security purposes, we would need a scanned copy of any government issued ID to be sent via the Contact Us form available on each article within the Help Center.


E.g., National ID, Driver's License, etc.





What payment methods do you accept?

Credit/Debit Cards:


At Nasj Fashion, our preferred payment method is via a secure credit/debit card transaction. Rest assured, your card number will be protected using industry-leading encryption standards. We guarantee a safe shopping experience on our website. We currently accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards. Orders completed with credit cards will not be charged any additional fees. You can save your credit card details in your ‘My Account’ section, this means a quicker checkout process next time.


 Apple Pay:


Apple Pay is available at Nasj Fashion.


  • Before using Apple Pay, make sure you save your card in your Apple Wallet.

  • Make sure that you have an eligible device, are on the latest version of iOS, and have an Apple ID signed in to iCloud.

  • If you have any problems adding your card, contact your bank, card issuer, or AppleCare for help.

  • Once you have successfully added your card, you can shop on Nasj Fashion easily.

  • To shop on Nasj Fashion, once you've added your desired items to cart, just tap the Apple Pay button, and it will bring up a confirmation screen.

  • On the confirmation screen, just make sure your details are correct, and then authenticate on your Apple device to process the payment.

  • That's it, your order will be shipped to you before you know it!





Are my bank details trusted for online payments at Nasj Fashion?

We actually use industry-leading encryption standards! This encrypts the data you provide to us, ensures it is safe and not accessible to any third party. From your side, the most important is to protect your password. Your data is only used to process orders and to serve you better. It will be under no circumstances disclosed to any third party.

Why should I use prepaid methods of payment?

If you use a prepaid method of payment (Credit/Debit card), you will not have to pay any Cash on Delivery charges. Another benefit is that prepaid orders do not require phone verification so there is a good chance that your order would be processed faster.

My credit card details have been rejected, what do I do?

Double-check the following common mistakes:


Is the card you used for ATM use only?


Some cards are not enabled for e-commerce shopping, contact your bank to enable your card for online shopping.



Did you complete the 3D Secure Check successfully?


In order to avail of 3D secure authentication, you must register your credit/debit card. This is a one-time process that takes place on the card issuer’s (bank) website. The process involves the cardholder answering several security questions to which only the card issuer and cardholder will know the answer. 


The cardholder then selects a password and/or a secret question, which will be used by the card issuer during each online transaction. Contact your bank if you are facing any problems with 3D security.



Were the following fields entered correctly?

  • CVV code (three-digit number on the back of the card)
  • Expiry date

Is there a sufficient limit on your credit card?


If the above conditions are met, call your bank to check if your credit card is eligible for online purchases or if there is any other reason blocking it.

Is your card 3D Secure?


If you're using your (credit / debit) card to pay for your order, please note that we only accept 3D secure cards to process your payment. You won't be able to use a non-3D secure card to pay for your order, so that your online transactions at Nasj Fashion remain safe.



Delivery

International Warranty

If you receive a faulty product, just make sure to return it within 14 days of receiving your parcel and we’ll refund your money.


Nasj Fashion will not cover the damage caused to your ordered items if the required safety procedures and usage instructions aren’t followed.

I am an international customer; how do I return an item?

  • At Nasj Fashion, we’re proud to offer a hassle-free returns policy! If you’re not satisfied with an item you ordered, you can return it within 14 days of the date of delivery.

  • Just make sure that the items you want to return are in their original condition, not used, with the tag still attached and in the original packing.

  • Fill out the returns note we added to your parcel and post it back to us using any postal service.

  • You’ll have to cover postal charges yourself, so make sure to mark your parcel as “returned goods” to avoid being charged additional duties.

  • Don’t forget to ask for a tracking ID/proof of shipping to track your parcel and to have proof that you’ve sent it

  • Once you have returned the items, it can take up to 28 working days maximum for us to receive the shipment and process the refund. The amount would be refunded back to your Nasj wallet or the card used for payment based on your selection while returning the items. You can check with your bank after this time.


Customs and Import Duties (International)

  • For most shipments, customs/import duties are applied once the parcel reaches its destination country.

  • Customs duties and any handling charges vary from country to country and are usually implemented when the order reaches its destination country.

  • Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, so they will have to be borne by you once your parcel reaches your country.

  • Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable once charged. If you refuse delivery, unfortunately, we will have to deduct that cost from the refund amount, since the courier will have already paid the charge on your behalf.

  • Depending on the specific product you have ordered and the country we are shipping to, our courier partner might ask you for certain documents (e.g., National ID, Tax ID or NOC letters) which needs to be shared by you, in order to complete and clear the requirements of the customs department.

  • It is essential that you stay a step ahead by getting familiar with these common customs documents before placing an order to avoid any such inconvenience.

  • We’ll ship all orders above USD 250 for free! For orders below USD 300, shipping fees are USD 50 at max.

  • Shipping fees to your location will be displayed to you while you’re checking out.

  • You can track your order via the tracking number we will provide, If you don't see full updates, you can contact our customer support.

How secure is shopping at Nasj Fashion?

Shopping on Nasj Fashion’s website is guaranteed to be 100% secure. All stored credit cards and payment details are encrypted with the highest levels of security before being transmitted. We follow the most stringent protocols to ensure that each of our customer’s data is protected.

Returns / Exchanges

What is the difference between returning something back to us and exchanging your product size? What’s the difference between a creating a return and a size exchange?

Return:


You can return any product that you’re not happy with apart from those that fall under our no-return policy.


For products that you return back to us, you can either get Nasj credit (which you can use to buy stuff later) or a credit/debit card refund based on the mode of payment earlier in your order. 



Rules and Conditions for Return:


1. Return can only be made within 14 days from the date of delivery.


2. Item should be in a good condition and not used along with the original tag.


3. It should also be in the same packaging (Plastic Bag or Brand Box) you received. 



Exchange:


Can I get a product size/color replaced?


Unfortunately, product replacement is not available on Nasj Fashion. If the size or color is not of your choice, you can place a normal return request then place a new order with the product/size/color that you want.

What if I received an incorrect item?

We do apologize for the inconvenience, kindly contact customer service and send back the item.

1. Picture of the incorrect item you received.


2. Item ID or Item SKU of the original item. (You can find the SKU number in the description of the item)

How long does it take for the refund to be processed?

Generally, it depends on the refund method you choose. Here is the refund time:


  • Nasj Credit: 24 hours

  • Debit/Credit Card: 10-18 Days.

Cancellation

Why was my order cancelled?

We will be unable to process your order/item if one of the following scenarios takes place:


  • Order Verification:

Wrong Phone NumberOur team was unable to reach you on your shared contact details.


  • Item not Fulfilled by Supplier:

The item(s) you purchased were not delivered to us by the supplier on time.


  • Payment on Hold:

This doesn't happen usually, however, there are certain transactions that are held by the payment system if it detects an issue.

In such a case, the order will not be processed without ID (Government ID of the cardholder / Passport) details. The name on the ID shared must match the name of the cardholder so we can process your order.


  • ID was not shared:

We will not be able to process your order in case we reached out to you for your ID but didn’t hear back from you·


  • Duplicate order:

In case of a duplicate order placed within the same time span, our team will request you give a confirmation on the second-order placed, otherwise, we’ll just go ahead and cancel it. 


Please note - When we are unable to process an order, it will be automatically canceled. You will receive an email confirmation notifying you of the same.

Some items from my order got cancelled, how do I get my refund?

If you have paid by credit/debit card, the funds paid are reserved by the card-issuing bank - we don't actually claim the money until your order is shipped and handed over to the carrier partner. The Bank releases the payment to us only for those products which get shipped. For more information, we would suggest you to reach out or make a correspondence call with your card issuing bank.


In case you cancel your order or one of the items from your order before shipping, it may take up to 7-10 working days for your card issuing bank to make the cancelled order or item(s) funds available for you again. In some cases of a debit card, you might have to wait for your upcoming monthly statement or even 30 days (depends on the bank).


Why I did not receive the Item Cancellation email?

Please check if you have marked emails from Nasj Fashion as Spam, this could be the reason why they’re not reaching you.

Why am I not able to cancel my order?

You can’t cancel an order that’s already processed or shipped?


Once your order has been shipped or is in the process of being shipped, we can’t stop the delivery and even can’t cancel it. If you no longer wish to have it, you will have to return your order, and as soon as your package is returned, you’ll get your refund in the wallet if it was a prepaid order.


After cancellation do I need to contact anyone?

Once the shipment is cancelled, you will be getting an email notification from our end with the details. It’s not required for you to contact anyone.

One of the items is showing as cancelled for my order. What happens to the amount I paid for placing it?

If you have placed an order using a debit/credit card, your card issuing bank reserves the entire amount transacted for the same. The Bank releases the payment to us only for those products which are actually shipped for delivery.


You would definitely get an SMS from the bank as soon as the order is placed with full amount deduction. However, that amount is only held for authorization and the actual deduction would reflect on the card/account statement once the order is shipped out.


In case of a partial or entire order cancellation before the dispatch/shipping, it may take up to 7-10 working days for your card issuing bank to make your funds available for use again. In some cases of a debit card, you might have to wait for your upcoming monthly statement or even 30 days (depends on the bank).

3. You have the right to require us to correct any inaccuracies in your data free of charge.

We have in place appropriate technical and security measures to prevent unauthorized or unlawful access to or accidental loss of or destruction or damage to your information. 


When we collect data through the Site, we collect your personal details on a secure server. We use firewalls on our servers. When we collect payment card details electronically, we use encryption by using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) coding. 


Whilst we are unable to guarantee 100% security, this makes it hard for a hacker to decrypt your details. You are strongly recommended not to send full credit or debit card details in unencrypted electronic communications with us. 


We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards in connection with the collection and disclosure of your information. Our security procedures mean that we may occasionally request proof of identity before we disclose personal information to you. 


You are responsible for protecting against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer.

Log Information

Every time you visit any of Nasj Fashion’s Platforms, information is sent from your browser to our server log files, where it will be saved. The information transferred includes: time and date or visit to our site, which pages were viewed, IP address, URL of the site that referred you to Nasj Fashion, how much information has been stored, and which browser you have been using.


Once we have all this information, all IP addresses are deleted or anonymized. Anonymization means that your IP address is changed in such a way that it either cannot be linked with the original user or can only be linked through extensive research.


The anonymous information stored in this log file is then used to improve the shopping experience on the Nasj Fashion Platforms by making our navigation more user-friendly, finding errors quickly, and directing our server’s capacity to where it is needed most. For example, this information allows us to work out our busiest times and plan enough server power for those times to keep our site running as quickly as possible.
